This Cross Cultural Seminar will be jointly delivered by 4stones Consulting Group and Nanjing's Kongzi Academy on the theme of ‘Multi-Cultural Team Development’. The content will be ideally suited to individuals working in teams with members from both Chinese and foreign cultural backgrounds, the event will promote best practice in multicultural teams giving participants the opportunity to familiarise themselves with key cultural differences and learn to work more effectively in a culturally diverse team environment. During this seminar, participants will also learn how to enhance their 'Culture Quotient' (CQ), a newly-developed competence necessary for success in the global workplace.
Donny Huang, founder and Managing Director of 4Stones, will deliver the training. With extensive experience in cross-cultural consulting of executives of MNCs and Chinese companies, he is considered one of the top cross-cultural management specialists in China. He currently teaches cross-cultural communication and management at Peking University, The University of International Business and Economics - Beijing and Tsinghua University.
