(August 2003, Bali, Indonesia) P. T. Telkon, the largest telecom company in Indonesia invited Donny Huang to deliver a cross-cultural management workshop for its managers and executives. Over 100 managers and executives from around the country went to Bali Cliff Resort to attend Donny’s workshop. The workshop was designed for managers and executives in P.T. Telkon to better understand Chinese customers, effectively communicate with Chinese, and learn how to do business in China.
