(September to November 2004, Shenzhen) ZTE, the second largest telecom equipment manufacturer in China, invited 4stones to design a cross-cultural management program to train their mid-level managers. The trainees were ZTE’s level 3 and level 4 managers, which include heads of subsidiaries and departments, and country managers. The objectives of the program were to improve ZTE’s middle level manager’s cross-cultural competence and global prospective. Currently, ZTE has over 2000 Chinese staff working internationally.
