(March 2005, Beijing) Microsoft invited a 4stones consultant to train its engineers on Cross-Cultural Communication skills. The Microsoft R&D Center (China) was established in 1993. Currently there are more than 150 employees working in the center. The center is the largest foreign-owned software research & development center in China.
A 4stones consultant delivered a Cross-Cultural Communication workshop for Microsoft Chinese engineers, who are required to work with their colleagues from many other countries and cultures. The workshop’s main objectives were to improve Chinese engineer’s cross-cultural communication skills, and enhance productivity and efficiency in the multi-cultural work environment.
