(June 30th, Beijing Grand Hyatt  Hotel) 4stones organized the second "Culture4Business" Roundtable in Beijing.  The roundtable focused on "How to Work Effectively with American People?" And  the roundtable led to "Understanding American business culture, learning from  experienced Chinese and American executives, knowing how to communicate  effectively with American people". 
Donny Huang, 4stones' Managing  Director delivered a lecture on "An Approach to the Cultural Challenge for  Chinese Managers". Michael Cheng, Marketing Manager for United Airlines (China),  related to the topic "How to Work Effectively with Americans from a Chinese  Perspective". 
Teresa Woodland, WuDeLan Inc.'s  Partners, and Michael Garcia, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Alcoa's  China Mill Products business unit, delivered a lecture on "How to Work  Effectively with Americans from an American Prospective".
More than 30 participants were  Manager and Senior Manager level executives from companies such as Wal-Mart,  McGraw-Hill, Language Calls, etc.
