(June-July 2007, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), Korea paint company leader DPI Paint invited 4stones consultants to provide cross-cultural training for their entire employees in China. 4stones designed programs for their managers and employees to improve their competence on how to work effectively in a multicultural environment, especially understand the differences between Chinese culture and Korean culture. The result is highly applauded by DPI, so DPI sent staff from Korea to observe the training and interviewed 4stones’s consultant on cross-cultural issues. The training is part of DPI’s global strategy to make DPI more global.
Since it was founded in 1945 as Daihan Offset Ink Manufacturing Corp., DPI has paved the path for the paint & ink industry in Korea. DPI's trademark, “Norupyo,” (Deer) has represented all of its products.
