(August, 2007, Beijing) 4Stone Cross-Cultural has been invited by UBS Securities(UBS-S) China to develop a series of programs to help managers and staff to work more effectively in a multicultural environment.
After UBS acquired Beijing Securities in 2006, better integrating the two cultures is imperative. The programs 4stones developed are aimed to help UBS-S managers and staff in the new company raise cultural awareness, and develop necessary cross-cultural skills to operate more effectively and efficiently in a multicultural environment.
The first program kicked off at the end of August, 2007, after the program, one of the participants from UBS-S Wealth Management commented “The training has enriched me with more understanding of foreign cultures and how to deal with it effectively, I really appreciate this opportunity and now I feel more confident to work within multicultural team.”
