(Oct 2011, Beijing ), Siemens China asked 4stones to design program to develop its future leaders in its graduate leadership development program. The goals of the program is to help participants develop global mindset and their ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment. The program is composed of two models, the second module will be delivered in March 2012.
