YS Hong is former general manager of BenQ Guru, president of BenQ Guru Management and Development Center, and the global VP of BenQ Group.

After his joining BenQ, Mr. Hong was in charge of BenQ’s Distribution Operating System on more than 100 countries and regions which include China, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa. Meanwhile, He helped BenQ create its Global HR Management System. He has unique insight on Global Brand Marketing Development and Promotion. Mr. Hong has accumulated rich experiences on Corporate Culture Management and Cross-Border HR Integration.

Mr. Hong has consulted many both China corporations and MNCs such as Whirlpool, Uni-President, Trust-Mart, Baosteel, Shanghai Tobacco, SONY, Galanz, CPIC, Schneider Electric, China Eastern Air.
