Dr Ian Chisholm is a skilled and enthusiastic exponent of intercultural leadership, insight and learning. Before joining 4stones, Dr. Chisholm was head of the Global Strategic Business Entity, Insecticides, a €1.2Bn business unit at Bayer CropScience, Monheim, Germany.

He has over 30 years of experience in building and leading cross-cultural teams to achieve aggressive business goals, in seven countries across Asia, Europe and Africa, including over a decade in Germany and a decade living in Russia and China. In China, he was General Manager of the Greater China Region, at Bayer CropScience, Beijing.  

His intercultural leadership background and achievements are complemented by a deep knowledge and understanding of intercultural theory applied as best practice.

Dr. Chisholm received his PhD. at Imperial College, London while working at Rothamsted Research station.
