2020 to 2022, for three years, a global multinational pharmaceutical company invited 4stones to co-design and deliver a global mindset development program for its researchers, managers in China, over 20 sessions and 500 participants including leaders and managers in R&D division, supply chain department and manufacturing site, etc. The program won the company’s “Global Incursion Leadership” award, which was first time presented to the Asian Pacific Region.
